Project #1
Book Frame Holder
Materials Needed:
Gorilla Glue
Stack of old cheap books
2 vintage wire hooks
Frame
Method
Step 1. Measure frame for placement of hooks on book. Mark book. (Frame should end up sitting roughly on the center of the book. Holes will be closer toward open side of book.)
Step 2. Drill book as marked.

Step 3. Carefully drizzle glue in holes. Be careful not to use too much—Gorilla Glue expands as it dries.

Step 4. Insert hooks with the long, upright part of the hook facing the book opening.

Step 5. Stack books 3-4 high with larger books at bottom. (No need to attach to each other.)

Notes: Choose clever or meaningful book titles—particularly if this is a gift!
Please do not try this project with valuable books... we prefer the 25 cents variety. |
