Customer Service Specialist
The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a hard working and reliable employee to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist that is a real team player, courteous, friendly demeanor, outgoing and ability to work well with peers and management.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to provide top-notch customer service assistance to our end-user customers, outside vendors, retailers, and internal company teams. This position fields all types of product questions and education on our adhesive products
through our busy Gorilla Glue Customer Support Call Center and also through daily e-mail inquiries. Additional responsibilities include supporting the EDI team; processing incoming/outgoing mail, invoicing filing, and completing various projects for other departments.
Qualification are a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, two year customer service or call center experience, excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
