Customer Support Team Specialist – Order Entry and AP focus
The Gorilla Glue Company, a leader in the adhesive category, is seeking a Customer Support Team Specialist to join our Customer Service group. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer service assistance to a wide variety of customers including our end-user consumers, outside vendors, retailers, and internal company teams. This position fields all types of product questions from the general public while providing education on our family of adhesive products through our busy Gorilla Glue Customer Support Call Center. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Hardware Order Entry team; providing assistance to the Accounts Payable team, providing assistance to the Office Manager on retail customer new item spreadsheets, assisting the Gorilla Support team with specific tasks including handling incoming/outgoing mail, assisting with filing, and completing various projects for other departments.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Work History:
· Two years customer service/call center experience preferred
· Experience with data entry, order processing and spreadsheets
· Accounts Payable experience a plus
Specific skills:
· Excellent customer service and telephone skills
· Detail oriented, with strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
· Solid knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel
· Ability to learn new computer software programs
· Ability to work well under pressure and in deadline situations
· Ability to work well with the general public, peers and management.
· Team player attitude with a courteous, friendly demeanor
