Summary Description
This position will directly support The Gorilla Glue Company’s IT Manager. The individual will assist in the installation, maintenance and general support of systems in accordance with organizational policies and goals.
Duties
- Assist users with questions or problems
- Windows Server Support
- Network Support
- Application Support
- Intranet Maintenance and Support
- Process Documentation
- Support IT Manager
Qualifications:
Education:
· BS degree in related discipline preferred
· Associates degree required in related discipline
Experience:
· 0-2 years of experience supporting desktop users
Specific Skills:
· Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and be great with people.
· Should be detail oriented, confident, outgoing, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
· Demonstrate good judgment.
· Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
· Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking, Active Directory
· Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
· Working knowledge of HTML, ASP and/or other web applications
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 pounds
