food safe epoxy
Hello, In a previous thread somebody was told that original gorilla glue is food safe (once cured for 24hrs), and also that the glue was safe for the microwave. - is the new gorilla epoxy food safe? can the epoxy be put in the microwave? also, under what temperature range does the epoxy work best? thanks for your help, - Marc

Re: food safe epoxy

Hello Mark,

Gorilla Epoxy is 100% cured after 24 hours and is non-toxic.   Gorilla Epoxy's cured bond withstands temperatures ranging from -10F to 200F.  For best results, apply at room temperature.

You can use it in a microwave however, it is not waterproof.  It is water resistant.  If you are repairing something that will be submerged, such as dish washing, I highly recommend the original Gorilla Glue since that one is 100% waterproof and it can be submerged.

I hope this helps!
