Removing Gorilla Glue from Leather

Hi there, I am trying to remove a light film of gorilla glue from the leather seat of my bar stool. What product(s) do you suggest that I use...without ruining the leather? Thank you.

Hi I am also trying to remove gorilla glue superglue from a leather chair. It is a small drop that fell from my fingers onto a brand new chair- not mine. I feel terrible. It is a light tan leather and nail polish remover would harm the surface. Is there any way to get it off?

Acetone and rubbing alcohol is what we recommend to use when trying to remove Gorilla Super Glue. A damp cloth or cotton ball left to rest on the spot is the easiest way to apply. You are correct - both of these chemicals may discolor the surface! The only other thing I can think of trying is plain, hot, soapy water. Gorilla Super Glue is only water resistant so soap and water will eventually break it down but it will take many, many, many, applications!
