Log on problems 

I am a registered user but I had a terrible time logging on.  At times my user name was rejected and at others my pass word.  After several attempts I finally got logged on.  Is this a common complaint?

Sorry for the troubles you've had. We haven't heard many complaints about the log in process but we'll check it out to see if there are some bugs.

One thing to keep in mind--the user name and password are case sensitive. Thanks, Lauren
