Hi J. The best gorilla product often depends on the size of substrate you are gluing. Because Gorilla Glue foams while it sets up, if you are doing small, intricate work, it may not be the best solution. Another factor to consider is whether or not you can clamp the materials. Gorilla Glue requires clamping for at least 1/2 an hour.
For the metal trimmings to wood, I would recommend Gorilla Glue if you can clamp the items. If not, the Gorilla Super Glue.
For the plastic, both Gorilla Glue and Gorilla Super Glue may work. However, some plastics are very difficult for any adhesive to bond. I recommend trying a test piece first. You can rough the plastic surface up with sandpaper to help give a better surface area to bond.
