Affect of Heat on Gorrila Tape

One area Gorrila Tape could immprove is the affect of heat and or direct sunlight on the tape. The glue on the tape tends to run and become gooey.

Any comments. is Gorrila Tape going to be improved in this area?

Re: Affect of Heat on Gorrila Tape

Oh my yes! It does get very hot in direct sunlight...but thats natural....its colored black which obsorbs the light instead of reflecting it. The cardboard and gorilla tape ship my friends and I made had to be covered in tarps while it waited to be put in the water. As far as I know, almost all duct tapes have a problem with the UV rays.
