which product is best for acrylic plexiglass

I have a plexiglass product called duraplex which I want to make a lighting fixture from. I want to glue this to itself, but it will hold lights  so it will see somewhat extreme temperatures, a couple 60-100watt lights. which is the best product for this application?

Re: which product is best for acrylic plexiglass

Gorilla Glue Stronger Faster and Gorilla Glue dries white will both work on a plexiglass surface as long as the surfaces are scratched up or roughed up first where the glue will be.  Then follow the standard application directions.  It can withstand temperatures up to 212 degrees F once cured.

Gorilla Super Glue will also work, again rough up or scratch up the surfaces first.  Gorilla Super Glue can withstand temperatures up to 220 degrees F when cured.
