Duties
• Responsible for sustaining and maintaining the facility (building; lighting, painting, snow removal, janitorial duties, upkeep of lawn and plant grounds)
• Responsible for sustaining the building along with production process equipment for all products within the facility. Process scope includes equipment, fixing, safety, quality and documentation (record keeping on equipment)
• Supporting the implementation of new equipment and process
• Minor machine repair
• Other duties assigned by Management including working on the production line during times needed
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school education or equivalent
Specific Skills:
• Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Customer service attitude
• Must be able to respond in a very timely manner with quick response to calls when necessary
• Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment.
• Demonstrate good judgment.
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
• Computer skills preferred
• Able to do light fabrication with metal, and wood ‘
• Must be able to pass written test regarding maintenance questions
• Must be safety oriented individual
• Must have mechanical knowledge

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, lift up to 75 pounds and use repetitive motions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
Must have the ability to work outside of the facility during inclement weather.
